You're pretty awesome, yourself. What help? Man, I wish I knew but at least we can add 'not CBT' to the list of tried-that-not-helpful. A doctor who will listen fully and properly to you (as you're the only 'expert' on yourself) would be a good start. One who will think carefully about the options, and who will then not only
ask you if you'd be willing to try a different course of action/treatment but then, if you agree,
quickly get you an appointment to see a specialist in that - and then follow up with you to see how
that's going...
