WHat is amazing is that it is EASY to construct better cabinets and shadow cabinets from those on the backbenches. I don't think that has ever been true before.

There are upsides and downsides to all systems. A centralised single payer system like the NHS has the advantage of coverage and being cheap to deliver. It has two big downsides though 1.
