Re: Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th February 2026
Ha hah! So the motherfucker who spent years undermining and sabotaging the Labour left so his Blue Labour clique could take control has been scapegoated. What delicious fucking irony given his previous chicanery. Is throwing McSweeney to the dogs enough though? I would say probably...for a while ...

Tell Your Labour MP
To Stand Firm.
In a world where Trump tears up international rules and Reform waits in the wings, Britain needs stable government, not another leadership crisis.

Re: Thursday 5th February 2026
I'm in a bit of a pickle later. I want to do QT but also want to watch the France v Ireland Six Nations match so I'm going to have to do some logistical juggling. Why the hell have they decided to play the first match on a Thursday night?
Winter Olympics opening ceremony tomorrow.

Re: Thursday 5th February 2026
Question Time came tonight from Dorking. Where, like many other places across the country, Starmer was about as popular as a turd in a swimming pool. Nobody had a good word to say about 'Sir Kier', nobody came to his defence, the audience one after another called for him to go. Many of whom said ...

Re: Thursday 5th February 2026
Zut alors! I was expecting France to be good against a struggling Ireland but that first half was something else from the French, it was barely even a contest. Which means I can now concentrate on QT while occasionally checking the rugby to make sure nothing stupid has happened.

Re: Sat 31st Jan & Sun 1st Feb 2026
Apologies for the lack of QT review last week, I received a few worrying messages from a friend of my Dad so decided it was best to head up there and investigate. Happily everything was fine, well apart from the force 5000 gale that had blown all the sand off the beach (literally, I wish I'd taken ...

Ruled my morons
Maybe someone should ask Liz why not a single AI company has made a cent of profit while hoovering up massive amounts of government subsidies, tax breaks and private investment.
Then maybe ask her if she would use, maybe an AI legal advisor, that could generate a 'hallucination ...

Ah well, you'll just have to watch it on Youtube.
Do Starmer and the timorous wee beasties around him not realise exactly how their actions look today? Don't get me wrong, I hardly think Andy Burnham is the second coming of the left, his previous leadership campaigns were lacklustre at best and try ...

A happy Burns Night to all.
I'm afraid to say I only managed half my (rather large) haggis before settling down to a nice bottle of Claret (I hate Whisky) and a Scottish film. After due consideration I chose Restless Natives which I haven't seen in years.

Question Time came tonight from Macclesfield. A place I've only visited once, by mistake, after my idiot brother entered the wrong location into Google Maps and drove us into a Macclesfield housing estate when we were supposed to be going camping in the Peak District.

I'm a liberal. I repeat, I AM A LIBERAL.
I don't know what the fuck has happened to the Overton window on the Left but as far as I'm concerned we're back where we were 20 years ago. The Liberal left is to the left of the Labour party. Does that mean I want to cavort with Ed Davey? Maybe if he's got ...

Hey, at least you know how you did your back in. I woke up on Xmas eve and couldn't get out of bed, I was in so much pain. Had to cancel visiting my sister and I'm on some nice, strong painkillers.
Yeah but despite all the drink and weed I jog and am mostly veggie, I'm probably the most healthy ...

Do any of us feel hopeful for this year? Or at all?
Are our lives better in any way?
