I don't think people in England care much about Alex Salmond one way or the other, not enough to change their vote...handy of the tories, though, to remind Scottish waverers that voting for Labour is the same as voting SNP! Electoral Calculus has similar results for Wirral West and Southampton Itchen. It gives bigger labour leads in some places but is completely at odds with Ashcroft regarding Worcestor, giving Labour a strong lead not found by LA.
