On the Braveman thing, presumably all the Court of Appeal could do would be to find that due process was not followed (e.g. the jury wasn't selected properly). As everyone else is saying, they can't revisit the decision of the jury can they?

The number of people posting on Twitter that it’s a disgrace and we have to uphold the rule of law is rather amusing when the four were cleared by a jury in Bristol Crown Court.

How exactly do they want the rule of law to be upheld?

There’s nothing wrong with it, but even Johnson managed to talk about the fight against apartheid, which ultimately is his outstanding, Nobel Prize winning contribution.
