Johnny Void also pointed out some of the iffy posts on the official DWP website which are obvious cons and yet if you are asked why you did not respond to these "offers" of work you could end up being mandated. It seems that the DWP do not care if this happens. Surely a legal challenge could be bought if that were to happen, hopefully some legalese could look into this for us.
