Unless the plan is to lose abd immediately trigger another contest to make a point.
They'll try every trick in the book. I think that's becoming obvious.
Corbyn still has to go, he is seen by too many people to have no concept of leadership. His friends are also generally disliked, SWP will never be allowed near power by the electorate.
On a personal level I am disgusted by the stuff coming out about the hobbling of the remain campaign.

I think some of those complaints about 'hobbling' look a bit overblown
Johnson can't just blame the leadership - he was absolutely woeful - looks a bit of buck passing

Owen Smith admitted live on air that it was being orchestrated, and fair play condemned the plotters for that.
If some of the resignations can be shown to not be part of some sort of plot....such as them condemning them like Smith did then perhaps, and just perhaps, that may open it up for more credible contenders
Every one of those MPs that walked out knew what they were doing. Each resignation was timed. The aim was to keep up press coverage.
I reckon it's suddenly dawning on the more brighter MPs that they've probably ruined their political careers. They're certainly not getting much support on Twitter.
Will we be hearing quite a bit of, 'it wasn't me guv' over the next few weeks? I reckon so.

Vermouth is fine, as long as it is Noilly Prat. Never had sparkling rosé but if I were desperate........

I reckon a cheeky bottle of red label Thunderbird...or, if Scottish, Bucky is a perfectly acceptable prole beverage as well

I reckon if I was organising a coup I'd have a coupee (is there a word coup beneficiary?) This is feeling increasingly Monty pythonish - no you do it says Michael Palin, you just know that ultimately it'll be a staggeringly pontificating john cleese who steps into the breach.
My daughter was bemoaning that she'd woken up in the evil mirror universe and wanted to go home but we seem to have shifted to beyond satire planet. This is breathtakingly stupid. Are there any functioning brain cells at work in post Britain exit? Mine have just given up the ghost.

You should stay off Diet Coke if you have diabetes. Although there's no sugar in it, it plays tricks on your body. Sends your blood sugars all over the place. It's really bad for you.
All Mr Ohso's 7 brothers and sisters, have or had it. All his countless nieces and nephews have it and many of their children too. Our daughter who lives in the States has it.
Mr Ohso and our son are the only two in the family who don't and one of the things they stay away from is diet coke.
Have a nice strong cup of tea instead.

I thought Alan Johnson was useless in the referendum campaign.

So he's not going to the top of the popularity stakes.

Picture of the pro Corbyn rally in the guardian.
Whatever the anti Corbyn brigade here and elsewhere say, there is no member of the PLP who ,on facing mass calls for resignation ,would have a fraction of the support he has.
The place was heaving.
Part of the decision was that the EU referendum “makes a second referendum on Scottish independence more probable in the short to medium term,” the release said.
My opinion is the same one, when similar attempts were made by the target rather than a previous instigator, which happen to be the same person.I may of course be equally wrong/right but at least consistently so.
In Westminster listening to huge roars from pro-Corbyn rally - while lampooned by his own MPs not sure who in Labour could draw such crowds
They're saying 10,000 turned up with just 24 hours notice.
There really is a different mood in the country. Leave is said to be an act of defiance ... Looks as if there's another in the making.
