Eoin Clarke has posted a photo of that meeting - I have no idea if it really is that meeting, Twitter being what it is, but.......it looked very calm and quiet, everyone sitting down, no obvious nonsense going on.
Apparently the man accused of the (single) spitting incident has asked the police for CCTV tapes - if he did it, which he denies, the proof is out there one way or another.
This is getting incredibly silly now.
There are folks wanting to ban Momentum and other folks wanting to ban Progress, and in between there are hundreds of thousands of ordinary Labour members who are feeling compelled to take sides.
I'm inclined to think that too much damage has been done now. Whoever wins the leadership contest, they will face the same old shit that Brown, Miliband, and now Corbyn have had to deal with. It gets worse with every leader, seemingly - and it seems to be the same sort of people every time.
What a mess it all is.
