If I'm not here, then I'll be in the library. Or the other library.

Ministers admit changing post-Brexit vote press release
Welsh ministers have admitted a press release saying they backed free movement of people despite the Brexit vote was altered after being sent to journalists.
The release, issued ahead of a news conference hours after the result, was later edited to remove the reference.
The change came after First Minister Carwyn Jones did not mention free movement when he made the statement.
Plaid Cymru called for an independent inquiry into the circumstances.

Father furious after daughter labelled 'Aussie bludger' by News Corp tabloid
There, on the front page of the Sydney tabloid, was Amy and an older friend, Ashleigh, under the banner “Young, able and unwilling to work”. A few days later the treasurer, Scott Morrison, was threatening to strip them of Centrelink benefits in an interview with radio host Ray Hadley and the pair had become figures of hate online.
The pair were further demonised in an editorial that said they posed a danger to Australia.
But there was just one problem. Amy wasn’t on Centrelink benefits. She had just finished year 12 the week before, she held down a part-time job while at school and she was going to Tafe next year. She was excitedly planning for her year 12 formal next month.
A few days after Arman complained to the Telegraph they sent a different reporter and photographer around to do a second story, published on Wednesday under the headline “Neet Amy is a good girl who has actually been working, says her father”. But it was far from sympathetic.
“A Centrelink layabout who said she prefers to have a good time being unemployed was ‘acting up’, her dad said after treasurer Scott Morrison threatened to strip her of benefits,” the report said.
Arman said they again failed to mention that Amy was an educated girl who had just finished year 12.

State of emergency declared in North Carolina
This has been a slightly chaotic night for communications for the city of Charlotte, as at times the right hand has appeared to act without consulting the left hand.
First, the police chief announced the death of someone at the protest in “civilian on civilian” violence, but that had to be retracted after it turned out to be inaccurate.
Then, Jennifer Roberts, the mayor of Charlotte, reportedly told CNN that she plans to view the dash-cam video from the shooting of Keith Scott on Thursday and then release it to the public.
But this was immediately publicly contradicted contradicted by the Twitter account for the City, who said that while Roberts will view the video, it will not be released to the public:
