Greetings all,
Haven't had time to read through the comments and now I'm dashing off to the count. Just wanted to say hello and that I hope somehow things are better when we come out the other side of this election.
Bright blessings.

The downpour has stopped. But it's still raining.
Edited to add -
I'm just back from a lie-down. But I don't think I'll keep going for much longer tonight.

Newcastle u Lyme had turned away possibly OVER 1000 Keele university students.
They had the old voter lists

This is a 650 marginal seat......
Same happening in other University towns, and lets not forget the 1500 lost postal votes in Plymouth.

It does seem, if not deliberate, very "it's not important so we don't care and will be sloppy". It was hardly a secret that voter registration had undergone a fair bit of change. Criminal.AngryAsWell wrote:Allan Skerratt

Sky TV's exit poll is predicting that the Conservatives will be the largest party. But - hung parliament. They are expecting it will be a "long night".

Evening all.
Library this afternoon followed by a Scout Group Exec...and just managed to sit down with some food before the exit poll.
If that pans out, I will laugh so much...what a mistake to make in calling the election when there was no need.

Really funny.
Leg agony.
Those SNP numbers are terrible.
Could Brexit still be derailed?

Am having a bit of crisis.
If Labour are involved in Brexit (which can only be shit for the UK no matter how much less bad Labour makes it) Labour will get blamed for it because of the UK press being what it is.
Would value thoughts from someone more clued in than self.

I had prepared myself for yet more misery and disappointment and now I don't know what to do with myself.
Even if this poll is way off it's nowhere near as bad as I was expecting and like a hell of a lot of people I'm going to have to eat my words when it comes to Jeremy Corbyn. If I was wearing a hat I'd take it off to the man, despite agreeing with his politics I simply didn't believe he was capable of dragging the Labour Party out of the quagmire it was in. And he's done it under constant fire from all sides. Good man.

A majority of people support the idea of a progressive alliance being forged at elections by parties who oppose the Conservatives, according to a poll conducted on Wednesday for The Independent.
ORB found that 58 per cent of the public agree that parties such as Labour, the Liberal Democrats and Greens should co-operate at elections to ensure more effective opposition to the Tories, while 42 per cent disagree.

Hello and good evening. Well that's a turn up then. if it is a hung parliament The Telegraph helpfully pointing out that the incumbent Prime Minister stays in office until it is decided who will attempt to form a new government. Seem to remember same right wing papers effectively claiming Brown was squatting in No 10 in 2010........ Blah Blah Blah........
