You might need to register to read this article but here's the gist. The head of housing and planning at Policy Exchange suggests that if the Govt., were to put the debts of the UK's housing associations onto the Treasury's books they'd probably move, quite swiftly, to selling off the very housing associations they'd just taken out of private/charity hands. Nationalise to privatise... They've got to be stopped!
