AnatolyKasparov wrote:That poll in Wales is the same one as was published in its own right a week ago. As you (SH) noted at the time, it was actually an improvement on the previous (frankly fairly unbelievable) survey from YouGov there. Same is true of that London poll, I think.
If those other polls were taken at the same time, they will be a bit old now - and maybe not take into account Labour's slight improvement recently.
And this is why you (and people like you) need to vote Labour next month - whatever your feelings about Corbyn.pk1 wrote:Sadly, Cathy won't be getting her DLA back & her only hope of getting a PIP if she's already been turned down is by ultimately appealing to the Upper Tribunal after jumping through the mandatory hoops.HindleA wrote:http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/t ... k-politics
Personal experience of DLA --> PIP:
I got my 'invitation to apply for PIP' just before Christmas. Had ATOS assessment on 24th April & was astonished when I got a letter dated 6th May ! Never expected it to be so fast.
I was awarded SR Care & Enhanced Mob. I was on MRC & HRM DLA so haven't lost any benefit at all. All that stress & worry was for nothing.

Editors of BBC's Daily Politics show, please note.A News UK spokeswoman said: "Further to our statement on 15 April that Kelvin MacKenzie's services as a columnist for The Sun were suspended, we can confirm that Mr MacKenzie's column will not return to The Sun and his contract with News Group Newspapers has been terminated by mutual consent."
I personally have only ever voted Labour but a flea wearing a blue rosette is the only winner in the seat where I live.AnatolyKasparov wrote:And this is why you (and people like you) need to vote Labour next month - whatever your feelings about Corbyn.pk1 wrote:Sadly, Cathy won't be getting her DLA back & her only hope of getting a PIP if she's already been turned down is by ultimately appealing to the Upper Tribunal after jumping through the mandatory hoops.HindleA wrote:http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/t ... k-politics

I remember a Flythenest poster saying they were in North Somerset so were pretty much stuck with Liam Fox for all eternity but I can't remember who it was. I still can't believe Liam Fox is back in government. The fact that anyone, even Tories, keep voting for such people is why I remain pessimistic about the outcome next month. Labour are coming from too far back.pk1 wrote:I personally have only ever voted Labour but a flea wearing a blue rosette is the only winner in the seat where I live.AnatolyKasparov wrote:And this is why you (and people like you) need to vote Labour next month - whatever your feelings about Corbyn.pk1 wrote:

I imagine Mr Werrity finds him to be a very nice man but yes, if we couldn't win in 2015 when polls were far more positive than they are currently, I can't see how anyone can genuinely believe Labour will win next month.Willow904 wrote: I still can't believe Liam Fox is back in government. I knew someone had said something about having Liam Fox as their MP! Majorities ranging from 6,000 to 23,000, both for North Somerset and Woodspring previously. That's pretty solid Tory country. At least I had the frisson of excitement of NE Somerset being described as a "marginal" in 2015, even though I knew in my heart of hearts the 2010 boundary change had made it a pretty safe Tory seat.tinybgoat wrote:DonutHingeParty?Willow904 wrote: I remember a Flythenest poster saying they were in North Somerset so were pretty much stuck with Liam Fox for all eternity but I can't remember who it was. First off Labour's local campaign approach to offset Corbyn appears to be working a little, might save a seat or two.
Secondly a suggestion seats without a standing Kipper isn't necessarily a huge boost for the Tories.
UKIP seem to be vanishing from some of the polling data, soon they will only have Question Time left.
Spread betting still Labour 150-160, Tories around 400 (betting isn't a guide to likely result, just public sentiment).
Yep that guy is a complete and utter wanker. To her credit Helen Pidd called Corbyn out on this, Jezza said he believed that Murray was a democratic socialist.SpinningHugo wrote:It isn't that easy, IMOAnatolyKasparov wrote:

We are talking small numbers here, the odd seat just hanging on. A sitting MP does still have a small bonus.SpinningHugo wrote:TechnicalEphemera wrote:Worth having a look at Smithson's Twitter feed. A couple of interesting snippets in two areas.

The Lib Dems were convinced about their ability to outdo the national polls through local loyalty as well.
I don't think it works like that on election day.

Which makes Corbyn either a liar or an idiot by any objective score.
People like Murray have never grown up, normal people ditch a belief in Communism and Stalinism at about age 16. You have to wonder why Corbyn even wants to be in the same room as him.
Hmm, One man's, Nominal Lefty is another man's Stop the War/Morning Star comrade. On Wednesday, a draft of the Labour Party’s manifesto for the June 8 general election was leaked, with several newspapers publishing its contents Thursday amid screaming headlines denouncing it as tantamount to communism.
Later that day, Labour’s Clause 5 committee discussed the draft. The committee includes the nominally left Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, his fierce right-wing critic and deputy leader Tom Watson and other leading party and trade union officials. After the meeting, Corbyn declared to the press that the document had been unanimously agreed and would be officially released next week.
The manifesto has been agreed because it contains all the main demands of the Blairites.

Anyone who gives any credence to the witterings of Oliver Kamm is frankly a cretin. Capx is a alt right site, which displays contempt for race + religion + gender + disability equality, is completely ignorant of historical significance, ignores and distorts historical facts, doctors sources, and can make no claim to objectivity.SpinningHugo wrote:

If you are pushing that site you are alt-right, you are not anti-fascist; you are on their side - This is the Centre For Policy Studies funded propaganda, fellow nesters, if you are not aware already. It is fake news from tesco value neo-nazis
It is shameful and repugnant that this has been posted here, but a clear demonstration of how this site has been corrupted.
Right. So you endorse Chomsky's claim that Clinton's bombing of al-Shifa pharmaceutical plant killed several tens of thousands of people?Temulkar wrote:Yeah the people who put an S in NSDAP.howsillyofme1 wrote:Peter Wilby's description of Oliver Kamm

There can be no pretence that people pushing the views on this site are remotely left wing, Labour, or Green. They are neo-cons.
Chomsky's destruction of Kamm is quite brilliant. https://chomsky.info/200601__/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Why is only your viewpoint welcome here, then? Flythenest is now your site to dictate who can and cannot post? I don't think "capx" hides its bent.
Which of the facts Kamm states do you think are wrong? Or is it just that the source is wrong, and so can be ignored?
There is of course another member's only site where only one kind of view is ever expressed, that may be more to your liking.
That would be Chomsky. Genocide denier I assume, famously taken to pieces by Monbiot.SpinningHugo wrote:Right. I don't myself think Chomsky has the better of this.

That would fit with your neo-nazi ideology wouldn't it, create a safe space to vent your bile and hate, give you free reign to spread the discord and anger that feeds your sorry sad pathetic ego, and has driven so very many people away from this site.
Fuck you! I'm staying, posting and continuing to expose your hypocrisy and lies, convolvulus.
