Lab 59, Con 37.

Surely it's still do-able?

Current vote share - Lab 33.1% Cons 25.8%

Could the exit polls be wrong?
Lots of tory rural seats to declare yet. I think more urban, Labour, seats declare earlier so I think it's currently looking better for Labour than it will end up.
Although I do hope Labour end up with more than 240 as that puts things back into play.

Stroud is a real shame. They had big hopes for David Drew there ... any idea how split the left vote was?
Stroud Result, left vote not really split:

Conservative 27,813 45.7% +4.9%
Labour 22,947 37.7% -0.9%
UKIP 4,848 8.0% +5.7%
Green Party 2,779 4.6% +1.9%

Plaid not having a good night so far. Ynys Mon and Ceredigion were big hopes for them - and pretty poor showing in lots of the so far declared results.

Something to be thankful about then.
