Has there ever been a start to a presidential term more chaotic or badly managed?

The number of untruths and sheer incompetence is astonishing.

For all of the "draining the swamp" rhetoric that comes from being outside the political class, there is one advantage to appointing a known politician - they certainly wouldn't let this happen.

It's a common tool used by con artists and anti-socials preventing comprehension and confusing responses to craziness. Exhibiting high-maintenance disturbances forcing time and resources into safely containment is exhausting.
