Indeed. Could be a chance for Corbyn to lead the agenda here. Going to be some sort of tax rise starting fairly low down. Can't really lose many more votes, and he'd be right.Jeremy Lefroy, the Stafford MP, echoed Poulter’s call. “I am hoping there will be something in the budget,” he said. “I would expect the chancellor to say we can’t just find the money when we’re in deficit – it will need to be funded through raising national insurance, or something similar.”
