I just wanted to say that "I apologise for any offence caused" is one of the most nauseating, insincere phrases in modern English and it should be called out at every possible opportunity.

Speaking at a business lunch in Sydney on Tuesday, Crosby attempted to explain the phenomenon of Jeremy Corbyn.

“On polling day, over 70% of voters thought the Conservatives were going to win,” Crosby said.

“So they thought we’ll reward [Corbyn] for being prepared to talk about interesting things and shake the system up, but we’ll still have the comfort of having Theresa May as prime minister at the end of the day,” he said.

Well, most of the actual evidence recently suggests a move towards remain - though it shouldn't be exaggerated either, things are still pretty close.

With pfy on this, have been known to have Surplus Bolognese or Chilli on toast, next day, delicious, but just easier than cooking more rice, hardly a 'thing'.
