I've saved a fortune on Christmas thanks to Gwyneth's homeopathic gifts, I just rubbed some wrapping paper against the screen of my laptop whilst browsing the site and now all my family will be able to experience the amazing wellness of homeopathic gift giving.

Hindle -- he gets himself everywhere ! Or perhaps, his handlers/associates get him everywhere ???

The other alternative is that , in this case the BBC, either do it for kicks OR they have a RW agenda .

Reminds me of when R4's WorldatOne introduced Niall Ferguson of the Heritage Foundation as though it were a "neutral'' thinktank, when it's heavily rightwing .

There's an event at Policy Exchange right now...and Nick Gibb is talking about the importance of textbooks.

At the same even there is a teacher who just happens to have written some textbooks and will presumably be plugging them.

And when did he write them I hear you ask?

Why, when he was Teacher in residence at the DfE working under a certain Nick Gibb...cosy.

This still wasn’t good enough for many MPs from both sides of the house. Labour’s Khalid Mahmood observed that if a Muslim hate preacher could be banned from entry to the UK, why did the same rules not apply to the US president?
The longer the session went on, the more extraordinary it became. Never before has an American president been described in parliament as a “Nazi”, “fascist” and “hate speaker” without a word of dissent. Not least from the home secretary. It was a day when parliament showed the leadership the prime minister couldn’t
.

Well, PM's do have to be diplomatic, in normal times !

Doing a thought experiment, just imagine a UK PM being castigated by a Mad Potus, WITH the solidarity of the EU behind her.

It's about Power, how many divisions has a post-brexit UK PM ?

Question Time from Scarborough tonight, last time I was there I got the shits on the beach and had to quickly scoop out a small hollow in the sand to accommodate my hurried fecal offering, it was at night and the only person who saw was my then girlfriend so that was ok.

Anyway this evening Chuka was on and I thought he handled himself well, there was some Tory nonentity (prisons minister?) who waffled endlessly and uselessly, the new UKIP leader whose name I've already forgotten who was a crashing bore, a woman from The Sunday Tmes who seemed to find everything tremendously amusing regardless of the subject matter, and the star of the show Yanis Varoufakis who made me feel a bit of man love.

I should in all fairness say Scarborough is a really nice place to visit and my deposit was washed away long ago, the audience were complaining about infrastructure and they were absolutely right, it's a pain in the arse to get to those east Yorkshire coastal towns, especially on the train. No wonder Whitby loves the Goths, they're almost singlehandedly keeping the town going (even though most you see these days are steampunks).
