Difficult to believe the photo at top of the article; if true it is criminal .
The packaging being almost identical between organic plain and vanilla yoghurt, I once bought the latter by mistake . Having eaten one 125g portion I then immediately reached out and opened another ... containing a bit over two of those sugar lumps according to the small print. Definitely addictive.

""The rise in type 2 diabetes in young children highlights why bold measures are needed to tackle childhood obesity – and change won’t happen overnight”, said Eustace de Sousa of Public Health England (PHE).

It has asked food manufacturers to cut the amount of sugar in their products by 20% by 2020. However, firms have reduced the sugar content by just 2% in the first year of the initiative, well below the 5% target PHE set. It is also helping to plan a series of “healthy towns” and is running healthy eating campaigns. ""

What a load of ingratiating bullshit , you don't ask, you tell them what to do.

( But I suppose they're scared of certain newspapers' reactions ? )

A reminder of DJT’s racist and murderous backstory —

“” Despite DNA from the scene not matching the suspects, who said their confessions were obtained under coercion, in May 1990 they were convicted and jailed. Their lawyers said Trump’s ads had inflamed public opinion. In 2002, a convicted serial rapist told the police he was solely responsible, and DNA confirmed it; the Central Park Five sued the city for emotional distress, winning $41m. Still, Trump refused to apologise, insisting the men were guilty, a claim he repeated while campaigning in 2016, saying their convictions should not have been overturned. John McCain called his comments “outrageous”. “”

So the LP committee were NOT the only people to read and reject the small print, and it exposes the lies of those going after Corbyn .
Also; those 'allies' </cough> who attempted to push JC into signing up were not themselves up to speed on the detail ....

I’ve just started a temp job doing Pension Credit for the DWP. We were learning about how Pension Credit interacts with the various disability benefits yesterday and our trainer pointed out how people who are moved from DLA to PIP lose the lowest tier of benefit, which then chucks a load of people off it. Loads of the people who are training with me were quite shocked that this was happening.

And then, when you reach 65, and move to the other type, you lose the Mobility part. It’s not until you’re actually exposed to the system (learning about it, or god forbid having to use it), that it becomes clear exactly what is happening.

They attempted to abolish Attendance Allowance via 100 % business retention rate ruse, mentioned in consultation,ie."localising"/ridding national eligibility rights to .It goes towards any social care support received/used in charging calculations.Carers Allowance disappears but premium remains on receipt of State Pension, you can't get two earning replacement benefits.Under UC you can't get disability and caring premiums(Brown targeted enaction as was his won't,I doubt this lot know what they are) only one.

In health utterations well recognised a little support judiciously applied saves countless, unfortunately the DWP rogueness and to those that really need it fuckwttery undermines."Service"replacement far more expensive, hence taxi fares in lieu of access to Motability scheme etc.

To be fair, all Governments look to ridding supposed duplicity/double accounting for need ie simplifying/targeting/localising ,as to why I am very much in abeyance on Labour's as far as it stands musings. The lack of clarity and as I see it diversionary universal basic income stuff doesn't dissuade as to watchful eye.
