Liberating the Dis-UK from the straitjacket of the EU's existing trade agreements is dependent on third countries agreeing to separate the UK's quota portion of those from the 27's .
" The US and several other countries – including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay – have objected. Then last month, Russia blocked the proposal entirely. There can be no progress until Moscow’s complaint is resolved. Our post-Brexit trading future will now be at the long-drawn-out mercy of foreign judges – if they still exist! "
" if they still exist " -- because in the meanwhile Grumpy is trying to break the WTO .

From the Peston
"Although she keeps saying the "meaningful" vote on her deal is all about the nation, and nothing about her own future, that is not sustainable for as long as she argues that her deal is the only deal.
If she truly means what she says, that she has no plan B, she will be gone as PM within hours of losing the vote - to be replaced by someone whose heart is in finding another route to avoid no-deal mayhem."
What do you think ?

"While all this was going on, there were on-off reports of plans for a televised debate between Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn. Haven’t people had enough of them at PMQs? There should definitely be a referendum to decide on giving them more airtime."

LT 16.56 Donald Tusk in Argentina : "" If this deal is rejected in the Commons, we are left with, as was already stressed a few weeks ago by prime minister May, an alternative. No deal or no Brexit at all. I want to reassure you that the EU is prepared for every scenario.” "
" No Brexit" ? Perhaps he could go publicly into more detail , on reversing A50 for example.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/201 ... ling-costsHS2 rail chief Terry Morgan faces sack over spiralling costs
Morgan, who Chris Grayling described as ‘world class’, set to go after four months in job
The chairman of HS2 is facing the sack less than five months after his appointment because of fears that costs are spiralling out of control.
Sir Terry Morgan is also set to be removed as the chairman of Crossrail, the ambitious line linking east and west London, relieving him of leadership of two of the UK’s highest-profile infrastructure projects, according to a report.
The move would represent an embarrassing setback for the transport secretary, Chris Grayling (Guardian, my emphasis)

I saw some feature on this the other day. Apparently, it's well-nigh an impossible dream.UK plans sat-nav system to rival EU's Galileo
Britain is planning to build its own space satellite-navigation system after pulling out of the EU's Galileo project, the prime minister has said.
The UK had wanted to stay part of Galileo after Brexit, but the EU said it would be banned from the extra-secure elements of the programme.
UK science minister Sam Gyimah has quit over the row saying it exposed the flaws with Theresa May's Brexit deal. (BBC News website)
