Starmer outlines why Labour are clearly against. Strikes me some of the Labour "rebels" could easily take the whip on this one. Against a blind Brexit and against Boris.

Remarkable that May's offer to step down would make the WA even less attractive, but for all the criticism of her premiership it seems that there is still potential for something even worse.

Have just seen that the motion tomorrow will be amendable. That might liven things up a bit.

Unnamed ministers now apparently saying there might have to be a GE if things aren't resolved in the next few days.

An election with May as PM and Tory leader, after she made clear last night she was stepping down sometime soon?

Can't see any problems with that at all.......
