One small qualification: it's extraordinarily easy to stop. All that's needed is for the centre and centre-left to work with, and under the leadership of, the Left.

With regret, I have turned down a ministerial job.

I cannot repeat my experience of powerlessness as a junior @DExEUgov minister with the work done in @cabinetofficeuk.

I have total confidence in @BorisJohnson to take us out of the EU by 31 Oct.

Disaster awaits otherwise.

If like me you don't like the #NewTwitter, this is how you can restore the #OldTwitter interface:
1. "More"
2. "Settings and Privacy"
3. "About Twitter"
4. "Directory"
5. "Home" tab

When it gets to Directory, I bookmarked it so only have to click Home.

But of course you may already know this...
