Ok let's see if I can get through a QT report tonight without anyone actually dying.

Got the funeral next Wednesday morning, have to say the council staff and social worker who have dealt with it have been absolutely wonderful.

The social worker told me Leeds council had held nearly a thousand pauper's funerals this year alone and given my landlord mentioned the council had told him Ronnie's funeral would cost them about a grand that's a hell of a lot of money. Could have been worse, the last person to die in his other house died in front of the fire and cooked, he claims he can still smell it whenever he goes in there.

Ah god no not James Cleverly again.

What have I done to deserve this?

I'd pay good money to shoot turds from a catapult into Richard Tice's smug stupid face.

Question Time report from Hull. I've only been to Hull once to get a ferry across to Amsterdam when I was 16 with my mate M. A weekend he seems to remember as some legendary adventure with us as heroes whereas I seem to remember us freaking out most of the time on weed and being almost entirely terrified and confused.

For the Tories we had James Cleverly. Astonishingly James wasn't the thickest person on the panel tonight and, perhaps sensing he had been dethroned, his performance was somewhat muted. Early on he did try to attack Labour's spending plans using the IFS as ammunition but once Fiona Bruce pointed out they were equally scathing of the Tories plans and the audience applauded he seemed to wilt and never regained his confidence. Perhaps he was uncomfortable as he seemed to be wearing one of those chequered gingham table cloths you used to get in Italian restaurants as a shirt. Personally I wouldn't want to eat a pizza off James Cleverly but I do think he's more qualified to be a table than a government minister.

For Labour we had Anneliese Dodds, I've said it before I like Anneliese, she's smart and authentically compassionate. She should be in government. But the fuckwits in Hull gave her a really hard time over brexit. They agreed with Labour's policies but 'we voted to be out'. And here we see the conundrum writ large. Appeal to idiots like me or appeal to idiots like the Labour voters of Hull, who applauded every critisicm of Tory austerity but continued to whinge about their brexit vote being 'ignored'. Frankly I'd struggle to be a Labour canvasser for a day without punching someone. So those of you who do it have my respect.

For the Lib-Dems we had Ed Davey, Ed was evidently in warrior mode taking on all comers. Which was like watching an annoyed chihuahua taking opportunistic bites at the legs of the bigger dogs around him. And nowhere near as good as the best annoyed chihuahua ever...

For the Scots Nats we had Ian Blackford, Ian did what all SNP panelists do, look askance at England and think we need to get away from this horrific shitshow as soon as possible. And one can hardly blame them.

And finally we come to the only other registered director of the so called Brexit Party Richard Tice. Did you know he and his mate Nigel are only liable for £10 when this latest money making wheeze ends up going bust? This is Farage's modus operandi, his last business left creditors thousands of pounds out of pocket. And funnily enough the not particularly handsome people of Hull were savvy enough not to be taken in by Richard being a dick. This is a man who runs a million pound property portfolio yet makes James Cleverly sound smart. If I were to estimate his thickness it would require the laws of physics to be amended.

Fuck you meritocracy.

While the rest of us have to pay for fucking everything.

Or the council does.

Despite having 70% cuts to its budget.

Sooner or later there has to come a tipping point.

But because of brexit it seems once again those sneaky fuckers have managed to persuade idiots to vote against their best interests.

Give it a few more years and not having a useless leader of the Labour party and maybe things might become more interesting.

'Sneaky fucker' is an acknowledged term in biology.

It means being a smaller, less endowed male getting in there to reproduce while the bigger males are off doing stupid stuff like fighting.

It was first noticed in cuttlefish but has also been seen in frogs and blackbirds.

Reverberatory obsession about a leader, just diverts attention, ignore leaders I propose a figure of a head.

Failing that, ask yourself in all honesty if under a different leader your reaction would have been exactly the same.

Of course acceptance of some bullshit is necessary, voting Labour has always been a case of breathing in deeply to protect the nostrils and getting the air freshener out.

Not well, which rather serves me right on my dismissal of your "sniffle".I am seriously looking at taking at least a break which may be permanent in terms of paid employment from next spring.Reflecting on what actually is important/the purpose/priority/life is too short basis.I realise I am fortunate in actually being able to do so,a luxury, though not least enabled by circstances outwith my control.

One is as least contestable, the other has been evidentally incorrect for some time, unless you count an unfortunate incident with the shed door and/or using loosely.

Maybe I look at things differently,no matter what circumstances I have always viewed myself as generally "fine"albeit in varying degree of finery, including registered homeless and in a de-tox unit, for a month though thinking I was Sherlock Holmes at the time may have helped.

Not helped by the fact they found a body in the hospital grounds. It was enjoined to a psychiatric unit which caused some debate as to the wisdom of doing so,in terms of encouraging people to get support,I notice it has now been separated.
