FACT: millions more people voting against Tories than for them; yet we end up under Tory rule.

So again (for the benefit of a Clanger of very little brain) why was it that Labour /LibDems agreed to a GE given the signs at the time? Was it really thought to be achievable?

Labour vote not collapsed so much as Tory vote has surged. And still there are more people voting against Tory/Brexit that for them. Country is divided because there is always one half of it whose voice is not represented. Time for real change in British politics.

So far 776,864 votes for Greens translates into one whole seat. Would be interesting - possibly even heartening - to see how PR would alter voting patterns.

So Chesterfield(not enough Tories,Libdem used to be the main danger) and Hartlepool(only because of Brexit/Tory split) remain Labour.I wasn't joking about the not while that twat is in charge thing,special/unusual circumstances or particular popular MP not withstanding barring the certain ,if I had to hold my nose and conveniently ignore the very much (ironically)unSocialist bungs -a rather desperate and/or cynical attempt it is absolutely no surprise at the extent of the thrashing.
