Good morning.

I assume Johnson has to turn up for PMQs, so we finally get to see him again.

Plenty of more or less hilarious suggestions on twitter about Carrie giving him a black eye, etc.

If you didn't laugh you'd cry.

Is it this evening that the Labour Party Deputy Leader hustings take place? I can't see any mention of them anywhere - so maybe (probably) I'm misremembering.

I appear to have lost the ability to be disappointed.
Presumably because to be disappointed one needs to have had some kind of hope.

I had to look it up since I'd not heard of it. Is it any good? The reviews (for what they're worth) are mixed, apparently. Must confess that I'm not big on Martin Amis but is it worth a read, d'you reckon?

Not sure. My own views are also mixed.
(This is on Lionel Asbo rather than cuttlefish I should add).
I find it kind of viciously funny and expect that that makes me a bad person.
These days.
I liked Money.
Am not a fan of the man.
