Morning all.

I see that the print media - at least in their online versions - are still trying desperately to get people interested in the Harry'n'Meghan saga as if it's the worst thing to happen since...well, the last Royal "crisis"

The top of the Telegraph web page is amazing - seriously?

If I'm not here, then I'll be in the library. Or the other library.

Click on the link and you'll see what I mean - just the number of stories and commentary about it.

In a withering assessment, they [the tribunal] wrote: “Jeremy Vine read the script from the autocue. He read it in the tone in which it was written. If it told him to roll his eyes, he did. It did not require any particular skill or experience to do that.” (Guardian)
It appears that they think Jeremy Vine is as talentless as I do. They failed to say that he's also obnoxious, though. That probably wasn't in their remit, however.

Beer Toxin, Clinton Lie - a warning to us (10/9)

When the climate strikes were happening and I talked about them in our staff briefing, I was taken to one side and told that the police had said they wanted names of children who went. I should have realised what that meant.

I think it’s pretty clear that anyone who wants to save the planet is a “traitor” to something. Some people (including in the UK) have long thought that (eg:) Greenpeace activitists should be “shot”.
