A short film rather than a song but very good.

Fuck everything leave me alone.
Re: Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th April 2020
I watched Arrival this afternoon which I would thoroughly recommend - Amy Adams playing a liguist called into help communicate with aliens who have landed all over the planet. Quiet, calm, slow thoughtful sci-fi.

Sky -- I only rarely ever get to see these people on the occasional youtube , so am always grateful for your reports from the FrontSky'sGoneOut wrote:I genuinely have no idea Froggy, I'm not a member of the Labour Party, all I can base my criticism on is her performance on TV. And in each and every performance she displayed that ideological zeal that precludes rational thought.frog222 wrote:Not that I've got anything in particular against her, but she has neither got a long history of working 'pro bono' for good causes , nor has even a longtime membership of the LP ?
Correct if wrong !

Hmmm...I suggest she is not the one blinded by 'ideological zeal precluding rational thought' as she has not been on QT since 2018 and been on 4 times since the beginning of 2017 - hardly 'a lot' compared to others.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Q ... e_episodes" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
She may not have been right for Labour leader and has hardly set the contest alight but I would suggest the hatred thrown at her is that she is seen as being someone who doesn't think socialism is a dirty word - and the current situation suggests that ideological zeal and lack of rational thought has been instrumental in the denigration of public services and austerity that has hardly given us a strong foundation - and this comes from the Labour right as well.
The estimation of 130000 excess deaths linked to austerity has been made - how will this compare to excess deaths linked to CV-19 when we have seen all the data? The CV-19 deaths were not all avoidable unfortunately, whereas the ones linked to austerity probably were - and yet Rachel Reeves is seen as a good choice to be in a Labour SC, or we laud Yvette Cooper the proponent of WCA and PIP, was their idealogical zeal rational?
