Good morning.
I see the other supermarkets are falling into line behind Tesco to repay their rates relief, good.
Tesco: £585m
Sainsbury: £440m (£410m this year, £30m in 2021-22)
Morrisons: £274m
Aldi: more than £100m
Asda and Lidl to come.

Due to 'unexpected flooding' 'unspecified unforeseen delays' and 'engineering challenges' the main Kent Lorry Park for post-#Brexit Customs clearances will not be ready for operations until end of February or early March. (Local Kent source)

Strictly speaking, not just a new year but new decade starts next month. Dare we hope for something better?
