Don’t get the hysteria about @DanielJHannan peerage. Always found him an articulate and thoughtful Brexiteer.

Just to get some perspective here, a law was drafted, in the middle of the night without any Parliamentary debate or scrutiny, published the minute it came into force and it… accidentally banned schooling of children.

The Sunday Telegraph corrects its absurd front-page splash that Priti Patel was "introducing" performance reviews for civil servants who've had them for at least twenty years...
And yes, as someone said, it'll be buried on p18 where nobody will see it - and people will still believe the lie.

Lettuce bombers.

What a chaotic and despicable situation. And Tory MP for Kent keeps claiming that government preparations had been planned for the 31st, not now. A week that would have made all the difference? I‘m not convinced.

It's not much of a contingency plan if you can't make it work 2 weeks early.

I expect it tells us that Operation Stack and Manston airfield is the plan and it never got any further into the detail. The story of Brexit from start to where we are now, really.

Yes, but the absence of "deal is dead" leaks in the past few days makes me think something is happening.

Riddle me this Mr Hancock, if, as you keep repeating, the 3 tier system was successful in controlling the 'old' virus, then why the fuck did we need a national lockdown in November?

Don't try and gaslight me you lying little shit.
