Of the 132 exporters surveyed, 35 had ceased trading with the bloc– five of them permanently.

Some 11 per cent of remaining exporters are considering a permanent halt of sales to Europe, while the same proportion have established, or are considering establishing, a presence within an EU country to ease their exporting processes.

From the Independent - I'd post the link but if I go to another tab to copy it, this message disappears - will try to post it in the following message instead

Report on the same lines from the G.

'We've been sold a dud': small firms suffer decline in post-Brexit exports

All these people who set up a business model entirely dependent on UK being in the EU and having no idea that was what they were doing, astonishing really.

Good morning.

So...we have a Museum for Brexit, a Northern Independence Party...and I have a wife in hospital as of last night (OK, early this morning as I ended up taking her in about 12:30). Stomach pains > becoming more intense = infection apparently.

All going swimmingly...

Also a North East Party standing in Hartlepool (and another former Labour MP as its candidate)

Poor Allegra...no-one will ever take her seriously again.

Paul Waugh
@paulwaugh
Asked about the Arcuri story, PM's press secretary Allegra Stratton says
@BorisJohnson
has acted and does act in accordance with the Nolan principles on public life
“He acts with integrity and is honest...”
:lol:

Dodds has Starmer's "full confidence" I see. Though tbf *maybe* he actually means it on this occasion.
