I don't know about elsewhere, but here I'm pretty certain school vaccinations are run by Virgin healthcare these days. It's one of those bits of the NHS which was put out to tender. In a way it's understandable that a service outsourced out to provide a distinct set of vaccinations can't suddenly adapt to providing many times that amount overnight. Did the government provide NHS trusts with money and solutions to help with this or is each trust having to individually work with their private school vaccination providers to try to come up with ways of achieving this on their own?‘I’d like to get my daughter vaccinated soon – I fear she will be next to get Covid’

Teenager vaccination rollout seems a bit of a shambles but I still struggle to get past my incredulity that they didn't start thinking about it in June.

James Brokenshire MP, overall one of the better Tories, has died. Aged just 53 too, which is no age at all.
His seat looks pretty safe in the coming byelection (but then again so did C&A)

This is really good, I would recommend watching with the subtitles on. (they might default to German, change with the cog)
