This weekend's Times headlined a NHS death from mesothelioma, informing about how many hospitals and schools were still potentially dangerous . Of course fixing them would cost billions and our systems of government are not suited to anything long term .

On a shorter time-scale improving ventilation and air-purifying in schools and hospitals would be far far cheaper with fast results on public health , but again very very little is done !

Most of what is written in that Byline article you would have read on here years ago because I posted about it. Also, Robinson was a director for only about 19 months whereas the standard term for a governor is 4 years. Why did he give up? No idea.

There were 2 other directors which that article missed - Daisy Christodolou who was there as curriculum lead for the first 6 months, and I had thought that Harriet Sergeant was as well but can't find her there on Companies House.

I remember saying years ago that Michaela had the kind of support from the DfE afforded no other school - they had to sink or swim. But this one was too important so they thre everything 9and everyone) at it.

I watched the debate for as long as I could stomach it and that clip of Stephen Kinnock has been taken completely out of context, he was supporting the Lords amendments and saying we should meet our obligations under international law. He gave a good speech and it does the Labour left no favours to misrepresent people this way.
