" If those hateful Greenies and LibDems had done the right thing we'd have won in U&SR " ...

More seriously, I wonder how many with elderly cars are actually affected by the ULEZ thing ?

Does ULEZ apply to parked cars ?

So two absolute absolute batterings for the Tories and one skin of the teeth win where they clung on by the very tips of their fingernails due to a niche local issue. I'll take that. As depressing as it is that a signifcant number of morons have been persuaded to vote against a measure designed to improve the lives of millions of people blighted by air pollution (a measure no less that would inconvenience very few of said morons), it's heartening to see that away from all that we're still on course to see the Conservatives get their arses well and truly kicked next year.

Scare campaigns can work, its maybe for the best that we are reminded of that from time to time.

Carol is wrong in the above tweet, I think Selby is the 4th highest Tory to Labour swing ever (though behind only 1994's Dudley West since 1945)
