Its what he has consistently said for a while now - and it means the Tories can't even try to turn the next GE into another Brexit election.

Are the Greens going to put rejoining in their manifesto next time, then?

Given where they are now winning quite a few of their votes, I will believe it when I see it.

Yeah, to be fair 2018 was when he floated the idea of a second referendum and he's been staunchly anti-rejoining since then.

Well there was the small matter of an election in between then and now, which settled the question pretty definitively for the time being.
