Well, would you look at that. The retraction won't make any difference, the misinformation will have done its job

Might want to give QT a miss tonight Sky. A massive anti-trans bigot, a huge general bigot and someone who works for a 'paper' that has been censured how many times?

Though she was only going on what others had claimed, which just goes to show I suppose.

This has some good coverage of the shit-show that is 'reporting' on Twitter, covering the situation in Israel/Gaza

Well, it shows that she can't even do the bare minimum required of a reporter/editor.

Though many more will have seen Corbyn's TV appearance that day (where at least some thought he dodged the question) than any of his tweets.

Again not excusing Cunliffe, of course (though she is actually far from the worst currently at the Staggers)

Been out tonight to see Kristin Hersh at a Unitarian church while all around Leeds was lit up with projected animations on buildings which were absolutely wonderful. Presumably they were practising for this or it started early.

So no QT review tomorrow night as I'm pretty pissed and have a no drinking on consecutive nights rule.

Seems fair. I think you'd need to be black-out to stomach that lineup.

And again, whilst its not the most important thing they should stick with either 4 or 5 people rather than dicking around with the number constantly.

Why would that have put me off? Your bigot is someone else's purveyor of truth. Humanity is a fucking hot mess of opinions.

What matters is people not being arseholes. What matters is recognising that we all have to live together and reach compromises.

Such has been the course of progress since the Enlightenment.

Which now seems to be going in reverse.

Trans people deserve happiness every bit as much as the rest of us including feminists who have spent most of their lives fighting for rights they now feel are being usurped. Some of them are being arseholes about it but surely you can see they have a point?
