In this instance the Bell cartoon was likely not AS, but its equally plausible that past previously unpunished transgressions are a factor here.

People generally knew that Peter Bone was a nasty piece of work and his "comic" persona was an obvious attempt to disguise that - but still, what was revealed today is pretty shocking. Exposing himself to his staff FFS?? That's almost Savile-worthy.
