Re: Monday 23rd October 2023
good afternoon.
Saturday was the cremation and celebration of 'er indoors' life and all went as well as such things can go. We put out displays of various aspects of her life and I was going to say a few words but realised I didn't need to - the photos, certificates, items spoke for her better than I could.
Anyway...I see there is an 'October declaration' so went to look at the website and who organised it. Just look...
Organisers:
Laura Dodsworth, author and journalist
Allison Pearson, author and journalist
Toby Young, journalist and campaigner
Toby Guise, PR Consultant
Emma Webb, Director, Common Sense Society (United Kingdom)
Francis Hoar, barrister
Ian Rons, President, Free Speech Union

If I'm not here, then I'll be in the library. Or the other library.

Re: Monday 23rd October 2023
Starmer saying he wants hostages released is perfectly normal and reasonable - the idea he "told" his audience to do this is pure online Corbynista invention.
Please be serious, I am on the spectrum but even so find it quite obvious what he meant.

No, it's not "Corbynista invention". It's just the piss-poor wording on a tweet, that is trying to ingratiate themselves back in with the Muslim membership and population at large.AnatolyKasparov wrote: ↑Mon 23 Oct, 2023 3:18 pm Starmer saying he wants hostages released is perfectly normal and reasonable - the idea he "told" his audience to do this is pure online Corbynista invention.

I have heard of most of those people (unfortunately) but who is Laura Dodsworth exactly? Certainly can't recall anything she has written.
