Morning all.

The King.
Of course you don't have to look far for the context, Netanyahu and his reprehensible allies would like the Palestinians in the West Bank to go to Jordan, just as he'd like the Gazans to move to Egypt.

Sky last night
"The Egyptian people are more sympathetic to the Palestinians than their government" is a comment I saw the other day and it made me wonder whether there is a Western country where that's not true? It's true in Israel itself.
Of course there are countries where the govt are even more sympathetic than the people, for their own nefarious reasons.
Yes Israel is our ally, hence the recent support of our security services in ratifying their account of the hospital bombing, but it's not an ally so beloved that it can murder thousands of civilians without revulsion despite what Tim and the freaks around him might think.

Honestly what's the point of voting for these clowns? Absolutely fucking useless. You simply cannot believe a single word they say.

Labour has U-turned on its pledge to create a Scottish-style right to roam in the English countryside if elected, the Guardian can reveal.
Instead of an assumed right of access, the party now says it will find other ways to create more access to land in England, after opposition from some landowners’ groups.

Fair play, Sunak came up with quite a good gag today at PMQs.
(of course it was almost certainly suggested by one of his staff, but still)

Only a matter of time before the cancellation of the badger cull goes the same way.
