Google tells me a dozen times ( plus one exception being the Indy) that Ukraine shelled the Donetsk market , which is odd as they have far more urgent targets for them, and it's not in their interest in any way ?
On the other hand the FSB were caught planting a 'Chechen terrorist bomb' near Moscow in 1999
" I became convinced that the bombings were a false-flag attack when a fifth, unexploded bomb was discovered September 22 in the basement of a building in Ryazan, southeast of Moscow, and local police arrested three persons who turned out to be not Chechens but agents of the Federal Security Service (FSB). "

Whilst I don't totally rule out a "false flag" as far as the Donetsk business is concerned, its also hard to be too upset at Russia getting some of its own medicine.

Good chance a combination of the HoL and continuing legal challenges mean that nothing happens even before a Nov/Dec election.
