Very, very few people spend their entire lives on benefits anyway - save for the small minority who really cannot work.

Her statement there was crowd (or media, if you prefer) pleasing rhetoric and not to be taken too literally.

I've spent most of my life on benefits and having a drooling simpleton like Liz Kendall in charge of my destiny is fucking terrifying.

You have no idea.

I remember very clearly what it was like last time under Labour so please explain to me why I and millions like me shouldn't expect the same thing this time round.

Every single response you give seems to be encouraging us not to believe what Labour politicians are saying because once in government they'll be shitting magic unicorns out of their arses and farting sparkles and rainbows.

Let me tell you, it was only under Labour I had to fight tooth and nail for my benefits, never under the Tories (largely due to their incompetence but still), it was Labour who decided doctors were rubbish at deciding their own patients ability to work and brought in private insurance companies to make the determination instead. So when a simpering idiot like Kendall comes out with exactly the same language we heard back then what the hell do they expect we'll think?

It would perhaps do you good sometimes to not give these fuckers the benefit of the doubt.
