Fuck knows. Suffice to say that Hopkins doesn't have blood in her veins like ordinary people - she has a mixture of poison, bile and dog vomit. In a world where standards of behaviour and decency often disappoint me, she manages to generate new lows with her twisted hatred.

'Scuse me but even on the rare occasion when one of my dogs vomit, it still smells sweeter & is easier to clear up than anything that emits from that walking bag of shit !

Make parliament responsible for leaders' TV debates, says Sir Gus O'Donnell

Former civil service chief says process of organising debates ahead of general elections should be taken out of hands of media and political parties

Douglas Alexander, Labour’s general election strategy chief, welcomed O’Donnell’s comments. “David Cameron seems to be the only person in the country who doesn’t want to see a head-to-head debate,” he said.

He renewed calls for Cameron to change his mind and submit to a one-on-one debate with Miliband before polling day on 7 May: “With six weeks to polling day there is still time in this campaign for David Cameron to change his mind and debate Ed Miliband head-to-head before polling day. Today, on behalf of Labour, I’m challenging him to do just that.”‎ (Guardian)
http://www.theguardian.com/politics/201 ... s-odonnell

No chance. This is the only level of debate that David Cameron is capable of:
David Cameron has mounted a personal attack on Ed Miliband as he accused the Labour leader of leading a group of “hypocritical holier-than-thou, hopeless, sneering socialists” who had betrayed their traditional values.

Radio 4 news at 6pm reported various aspects of what Cameron's been up to, but strangely missed out that.

Good evening everyone.

Re: Katie Hopkins.

Its clear that this excuse for a human being has some serious physiological issues which she advertises each time she emits her obnoxious opinions
However,if there is a positive its this. The more she and her fellow tory poster girls such as Sarah Vine,Laura Zissman,Mylene Klass and the harpie from the US pontificate their obnoxious views the more sense the people will see in an anti conservative vote.
Or is this just wishful thinking?

Simple messages are a bit useless when trying to convey complex policies. I understand the pledge and support it (because I know people who feel they have been pushed out of their jobs by companies who have ditched full time British workers for Eastern European agency temps and have voted Ukip as a result but could be persuaded back to Labour). The mug is probably a mistake, but given the way the Tories are behaving at the moment, it's almost classy in comparison.

Is this mug a china mug with writing on it? Having read back a bit, that's all I can think of. Can someone please fill me in (yeah, yeah, form an orderly queue . . . )?

Re: Katie Hopkins.

Its clear that this excuse for a human being has some serious physiological issues which she advertises each time she emits her obnoxious opinions
However,if there is a positive its this. The more she and her fellow tory poster girls such as Sarah Vine,Laura Zissman,Mylene Klass and the harpie from the US pontificate their obnoxious views the more sense the people will see in an anti conservative vote.
Or is this just wishful thinking?
I think you are right up to a point, but it also gives the sick lurkers who haven't been brave enough to spout their poison, an opening.

Is she going to get away with an anti-semetic Tweet or at least get a warning?

Edited because I wasn't making sense.
No argument from me on that.
I was just trying to get some positivity from what I think most reasonable people will deem to be the obnoxious opinions of a group of throughly disreputable people
We have celebrities who have only become celebrities on the strength of being obnoxious or are lauded even when they've broken the law. I'm glad my kids are grown now and I don't have to steer them through it all.

I thought that I'd seen, earlier today, that it had hit the 400s.

An over enthusiastic, wishful thinking Tweeter then.

@UtopianDreams

Wondered if you had remembered Cameron's Big Society election spiel, which was/is being investigated for financial irregularities. It was reported by the Independent last year. Lots of money vanished? via some of Dave's chums.

An utterly desperate piece at the Telegraph, another attempt to whip up hysteria about a Labour leadership contest. Half hearted personal jibes at Miliband from both Cameron and Osborne, thin gruel like this Telegraph piece ..... Miliband has them running scared, and they've clearly don't know what to do any more. It will undoubtedly get dirtier, nastier and more personal but, as Paxman found out the other night, that may just end up with Miliband gaining support simply because we don't like seeing people bullied in this country.
