Got a cold on only one side of my head.

Has this happened to anyone else?
I've somehow managed to get a cold on only one side of my head. On the left side I've got a weepy eye, a gunged up ear and a runny nostril, but on the right side everything seems fine. It feels most peculiar.
Maybe a sinus infection?
Time to consult the internet, I'm sure that will make me feel better.
