A bit of light relief...

Post by LadyCentauria »

Current favourite rapper, Doc Brown, with his superb My Proper Tea

And, if you enjoyed that, check out another of his offerings called Grandpa Dave (I Wish David Attenborough Was My Granddad)

Edit: Unfortunately that player will no longer work because of licensing issues, but scroll down and you will find a link to it (authorised!) on LastFM
Oh, why not just put it here, too?>>>

Doc Brown is a disgustingly talented little bunny, impossible to pigeonhole. He has done stand up, writes for TV (he created a show for CBBC, 4 O'Clock Club) and is no mean actor; he starred in the 1st series of 4 O'Clock Club, has done other kids stuff (he's Mitchell in Strange Hill High, possibly one of the oddest shows on TV at the moment) and was in the last series of Law and Order:UK.

Aside from that he has two other claims to fame; he was the first credited black actor on Midsomer Murders, and his big sister is the wonderful Zadie Smith. That is one talented family!

I've never seen Strange Hill High so that's something for me to check out, thanks! And yes, a phenomenally talented family :)

Thought he looked familiar, had seen him and liked him on Law & Order UK.
Talented indeed.

Went to play it again and it seems to have been taken down, even on YouTube.

Ok, this is the only place I can find an authorised version – plus you get the opportunity to buy the track etc., You will have to click through to LastFM:
