I've been tobacco free now for just over a week.

I ordered black but they sent me blue so I got a ten quid refund.
Which I spent on weed.

Well it's marvelous. I've tried it and it's amazing.
There was once a time when trying this kind of thing meant you came from a council estate.
Highcliff.
That was the name of mine.
Built in the fifties, we had Eastcliff on the other side of the road.
They were our enemies.

What I was mostly concerned about was was how to fill out a spliff without tobacco.
Green tea.

Actually green tea was a terrible substitute for tobacco, made me feel unwelcomely intense and jittery and all round not very good.
Chamomile however seems utterly marvelous.
It's weird, it's not the urge to smoke that nudges my brain now but the routine. I was round at a friends tonight where usually I'd hang out of the window having a fag when I got bored. Cigarretes offered an escape.
I ended up vaping in his toilet.
