View from Eddisbury hill fort in Cheshire, notice the bullocks who became increasingly agitated to the point where I decided to make a tactical retreat. The Romans may have destroyed the place but the current owner of that piece of the site is doing untold damage to the archaeology by refusing to sell it and treating it like any other piece of land he owns.
More pics from stuff I've been doing.

And this is what he's doing to the site of an iron age fort.
My brother and I spoke to him briefly after we'd been up there and I tried to impress upon him that what he was doing was wrong but he was a dick. He had zero interest in what he was destroying and was more concerned with trying to jump start an old Land Rover. He probably thought we were liberal suburban ponces. Which we are.

And finally, my view on Saturday morning trying to fight off a godawful hangover by standing in freezing wind getting sandblasted.
It worked.
