What film? I fail utterly to watch things later in the evening these days - I try and I fall asleep and I've stopped even bothering.AnatolyKasparov wrote:Its late, but I'm watching a film.

Also there is a spider the size of Louise Bourgoise's sculpture in our front room and I'm not sitting in there.
I still believe in a town called Hope

Anyway, everything's going horribly wrong. The world is warming, our animals are dying. All the warnings about man made climate change are coming true before all of our senses. And what will be done about it? Fuck all because all that matters is money and besides who cares if you can't hear a Skylark, or a Turtledove or a Lapwing?
We live on this tiny sphere in space surrounded by a flimsy atmosphere that is the width of a gnat's wing cosmologically. It's all we've got.
I used to think we'd be ok. We'd make it to the stars.
That was before the dark times. Before Brexit and Trump.
And now I think we're fucked.
Another species who won't register on the Drake equation.
