Morning refit

If only English judges would do the same for the outrageous punitive libel cases which London is infamous for, but it's all too lucrative ...
In November, Judge Middlebrooks fined Mr. Trump’s lawyers $50,000 and ordered them to pay the legal fees of one of the defendants. But a number of defendants, including Mrs. Clinton, filed jointly seeking additional sanctions, which the judge wrote at the time “may be appropriate.” The actions of Mr. Trump’s lawyers, he warned then, could also merit attention from “the bar and disciplinary authorities.”

The additional fine was sure to add stress to Mr. Trump’s legal team, which has already been displaying tensions.

Zahawi still finding time to tweet about "Labour's paymasters" I see. There's shamelessness, and then there's whatever that is.

That's £3.7m tax and £1.3m interest and penalties, apparently. Taxi for Nadhim!

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/202 ... h-millions
It is understood HMRC applied a 30% penalty to the £3.7m, bringing the total due to £4.8m. Combined with interest charges that HMRC also applies to taxes owed, this is believed to have taken the final settlement to more than £5m.

Definitely slipping , it's the second Friday I haven't checked the QT Report first thing !

Enjoyed it as always .

Stands to reason that infections are good for children, which is why we still let them catch mumps measles and chicken pox which I and my siblings all had !

Sunak fined, Johnson apologists quick to point out he is now beating their man as PM 2-1 on this score.
