Morning refit

Going to be strange week

Interesting times -- the Dutch farming lobby apparently taking over their Senate, while my friends there have been telling me for years about the environmental degradation they've been causing .

Here gawd knows what will happen with all sides united against the Jupiterien Président, way out of touch with public opinion as well as the politicians . Trains refineries and more slowing down or stopping this week.

Kay Birley sp -- "perception is reality" , Oh really ?

Imagine Bozo suspended, going for a by-election , and winning it ? Aaaagh !

Out for a few minutes of firewood gathering, then away from politics to the pool !

Reform UK is holding a press conference this morning. The Telegraph’s Jack Maidment says Nigel Farage is in the room, and the party might be announcing his return to frontline politics.
Give us a break.

They had trailed some "important" defections - these turned out to be a bunch of former Brexit Party MEPs. Slightly underwhelming.

Yesterday's BBC R4 'Profile' on Rachel Reeves -- chess champion at 14 , but even according to a friend not a very great imagination ...

So she was an economist on the Japan desk at the BoE , which IS interesting when you hear English policos whingeing about the national debt (lower than many) , because J is currently at over 200% of GDP and has been high for decades , and they survive !

Worth a look . One detail of many, the National Bank holds 48% of govt bonds ... while in the UK the BoE is** dedicated to Quantitative Tightening to 'cancel' QE, IE flogging them off. Which of course raises interest rates .

** well, until not long ago, at all !

Her chess was also rather "solid" and unimaginative, strangely enough.

Good to see Michel Wrong calling out the corrupt war-making shithouse that is Cruella's dream destination !

(quoted in below segment)

00:00 Intro
00:23 Paris Is Burning
17:39 RMT Accept Pay Deal
32:04 Suella Visits Rwanda
45:06 SNP Finances Investigated

With Moya Lothian-McLean and Ash Sarkar

If I get an outboard for my dinghy can I cross the Channel as a deaf dumb illiterate Syrian to inhabit one of Cruella's desirable "migrant-residences" with off-road parking, wifi ETC ?

Been following Starsky for some time , he's a cool cat . I'm still not sure exactly why he left his sniper rifle at home and counted only on the Kalachnikov to be found in the base armoury at Hostomel.
( well, under 4AM bombing-stress people do funny things ! As it was his company exchanged distant fire with the Russian VDV paras and stopped them advancing. )

2014 Infantry sergeant; first responder Hostomel 24 February 2022, now Press Officer Captain Starsky --

Zelenskiy is a satanist paedophile !

No connection at all to the Washington Pizza parlour cellar where kids were held waiting for the Dem s to come and ravish them .

( Fact check -- the pizza place had no cellar ................... )
