The first UK Apologiser I noted was one Anthony Charles Lynton Blair .
He got off his plane in West Africa and 'apologised' for the long-historic transatlantic slave trade .
I can't remember if that was before or after he helped to plunge the Middle East into a series of still continuing wars, massacres, and millions of desperate refugees .
