Good morning
More than four years ago, Giuliani defamed Moss and Freeman while working for Trump after the 2020 election, when he repeatedly and falsely claimed they had switched votes to hurt Trump in Atlanta, in a state where the then-president lost the popular vote.
Let's not forget that those two women faced ten years inside !

Nick Gibb has written for the Telegraph and claims that the new regime at the DfE have an 'ideological hostility' towards academies.
Not that he and Gove ever had the same towards LA maintained schools - perish the thought!

One tweet this morning described him as "provocative and controversial". Gotta love obituarists euphemisms eh.

It's becoming increasingly obvious that the remarkable liberal democratic transformation of Western societies after the end of the second world war has been a temporary blip and what we're seeing enfold before us is a reversion to type. The self appointed bastion of democracy has essentially reverted to feudalism with its rich courtiers gladly kissing the arse of a tyrannical thug. It's almost tempting to say we're seeing the death knell of the Enlightenment, centuries of progress searching for the truths of our universe and ourselves shat on in the blink of an eye by tech companies owned by sociopaths allowed to run completely out of control. Why? Mostly money obviously but also political cowardice and naivety. It's been glaringly apparent for years that they've been debasing our societies making vast profits by encouraging the worst of behaviours. Yet what's been done besides a few measly fines here and there for their most egregious conduct? The opportunity has been there all along to bring them to heel, to break them up, or to legally force them to behave civilly. And yet here we are. Zuckerberg and Musk safe under the protection of their repulsive orange king, free to act even more appallingly than before.
Generations of progressive sacrifice and hard work down the shitter in a relative instant because political fools across the Western world thought they had the tiger by the tail and could use it to their own political advantage (or make lots of money). Thanks for that you fucking idiots.

Jenrick shape-shifts on air with reality-bending Today interview
John Crace
Shadow justice secretary makes case for second child sexual abuse inquiry, despite ignoring the last one Robert Jenrick brushed off the observation that he had never before even mentioned the subject in parliament.
Crace on form, and even Nick Robinson gutted the fool . Good one .
Looks a bit more than "a few hundred" ?

Wonderful stuff from the French there.
I'll never forget singing 'ding dong the witch is dead' on my way to Tesco to buy some celebratory champagne only to find they were doing a two for one offer doubling my delight. Can't remember much after that mind you.
Just to be clear I don't agree with Labour that there's nothing better than beer, weed, and bitches.
If you're going to be smoking some nice mellow weed, especially at this time of year, then a bottle of Bordeaux would be my choice of accompaniment, anything with a bit of 'warmth' to it, or as Jilly Goolden would have said, 'Hints of blackberries on fire along with the ripe pungency of otter scat with the aroma of slightly rusted Meccano'.
As for the bitches I was almost entirely brought up by my Mum due to the political machinations of a real bitch who forced my dad abroad to take advantage of a nascent EU. As a result I've spent my entire life admiring ladies.
And respecting them. Not that many of them required that. I came of age in a post punk environment where if I didn't they'd have ripped my balls off.
