Unsurprised to see the Toady Programme following the Mail this morning, comparing the Starmer speech of five years ago with the one yesterday .
Nice to see Angela Eagle sticking up for Jeremy Corbyn against Lee Anderson, but will Reform wither away as its 'policies' are stolen by Starmer ?

This one doesn't make sense to me, with a net gain of c.125k in the health/social work category in one year --
Also net losses of UK employment in another three sectors, only partly replaced by non-EU .....

The first example in the post is dated JULY last year, the second yesterday iirc , hardly an overnight volte face as some commenters below seem to believe a splendid example of the Corbyn Wars and associated Dunt-Hatred all over again !
" Any number of Corbyn policies – although perhaps not all of them at the same time – could win in a British general election if presented in a convincing and competent way. It's not even about presentation, even though that left much to be desired. It is about how you conduct yourself in politics.
That goes no matter where you are on the political spectrum. We must never give in to the pull of hero worship. We must temper our support for a leader with a commitment to objective reality. We must resist the allure of conspiracy theory. We must leave ourselves open to doubt. We must reject faith. "
That seems pretty sane to me !

PS Where Dunt is dead wrong was/is accepting the total bullshit on the Corbynista Antisemitism .
Either he pretended to accept it, so eager was he to see the impractical Corbyn gone, or he fell into the Zionist trap .
Odd . I agreed wholeheartedly with Peter Oborne from the beginning .

Please excuse my absence. I'd booked train tickets to the south coast months ago thinking Por Favor would be home after a brief sojourn in a nursing home. She was only meant to be there for a few weeks. However her daughter thinks otherwise for reasons of her own and she owns half the house so I ended up staying with her instead because she's moved in (as you would if you're laying claim to property when it comes to care costs).
The first thing I noticed upon getting through the front door was a serrated combat knife stabbed into a table, which the daughter had apparently used to threaten her mother's social worker when they wanted to come into the house.
I could easily make her daughter sound like a drug addled monster, I mean who would leave their mother in a nursing home full of dementia patients when she doesn't need to be there? Maybe somebody who has known her for a lot longer than I have. Maybe somebody who knows her a lot better than I do. Maybe someone who has her best interests at heart from a perspective I can't understand.
Anyway I just took the dog for a walk and got stoned.
